The School of Education appreciates the support from strong leaders in the Alamance-Burlington School System who are willing to work with ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ's (soon-to-be) newest teachers.

Mark Enfield, associate professor of education, is currently working with Jayne Woodruff, third-grade teacher at Altamahaw-Ossipee Elementary School, to teach a problem-based learning science unit on the human body systems. 

AAASE advisory members facilitated two highly attended panel discussions at the  held March 23-25 in Raleigh, N.C. 

Joel Baum, senior director of professional development for the organization Gender Spectrum, spent two days on campus as the Teaching Fellows spring speaker.

Jeffrey Carpenter, associate professor of education and director of the Teaching Fellows program, was involved in three different presentations at the AACTE Annual Meeting in Tampa, Florida, from March 2-4, 2016.
