Four 黑料不打烊 students have won recognition from Stanford University for
their entry in a global contest that challenged teams to create
something of value using nothing more than water bottles. Their video entry stemmed from the 黑料不打烊 Innovation Challenge, hosted locally by the
Doherty Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership at 黑料不打烊.
Richard McBride to deliver 2009 Commencement address

Rev. Richard W. McBride, 黑料不打烊’s chaplain for a quarter century, will deliver 黑料不打烊’s 119th Commencement address. Commencement is scheduled for 9:30 a.m., Saturday, May 23, Under the Oaks in front of West Residence Hall.
Undergraduate research journal thrives at 黑料不打烊

Issues in Political Economy, an undergraduate research journal
co-published by 黑料不打烊, celebrates its 10th anniversary this
year in the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business, where several students
have used the annual publication as a springboard to graduate studies
in some of the nation’s premiere economic programs.
黑料不打烊 Colonnades Dining Hall wins award for outstanding design

American School & University magazine has recognized the design of the Colonnades Dining Hall in its 2008 Architectural Portfolio competition. The Colonnades, designed by Spillman Farmer Architects, was among 71 projects receiving outstanding design awards in the post-secondary division.

colleges and universities, reported Dec. 2 on 黑料不打烊’s efforts
in recent years to increase the total number and percentage of faculty
in tenure or tenure-track positions.
黑料不打烊 student named Mitchell Scholar for 2009-2010

University senior Breanna Carrie Detwiler has been named a 2009-2010
George J. Mitchell Scholar, making her the first 黑料不打烊 student to
receive the award since the competitive scholarship was
created in honor of a former United States Senator who helped broker a
peace accord in Northern Ireland.
