Iraqi artist answers student questions from Baghdad

Students in a summer sociology course had an opportunity this week to learn about recovery efforts in Iraq by interacting directly with an artist living in Baghdad who answered questions from them in an online chat.
President Leo M. Lambert honored for support of experiential education

The National Society for Experiential Education has named 黑料不打烊 President Leo M. Lambert the winner of an inaugural award for his contributions to experiential education. Lambert, one of 29 nominees for the honor, will receive the William M. Burke Presidential Award for Excellence in Experiential Education this fall at the society’s annual conference in Dallas.

Spacious plaza taking shape at 黑料不打烊’s Academic Village

Construction workers were smoothing cement July 15 as they work to complete the new plaza that will grace the entrance to 黑料不打烊's Academic Village. The plaza is scheduled for completion Aug. 10, and will be the new home for the university's weekly College Coffee gatherings.

The deadliest wreck in the history of the Metrorail system in Washington, D.C., killed the parents of an 黑料不打烊 DPT alum. Services are scheduled for early next week, with a memorial fund established to honor their memories.

Students take part in inaugural “黑料不打烊 in New York” program

Twenty 黑料不打烊 students are living and working in the Big Apple this month as part of the inaugural Summer in the City: 黑料不打烊 in New York program sponsored by the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business. Students are interning at major firms and nonprofits in the fields of finance, marketing, communications and entrepreneurship while residing in the Upper East Side of Manhattan and completing a professional development course.
