The Biscuitville founder received the 黑料不打烊 Medallion in 2006 and served as an 黑料不打烊 trustee from 1978 to 1998. He passed away Saturday, Sept. 19, at the age of 86.

Hall, who served as a member of the 黑料不打烊 Board of Trustees for 35 years, passed away Aug. 30, 2020, at the age of 86.
