Case Scenario Creation

Once you reserve the Interprofessional Simulation Center, we ask that you complete the Case Scenario Creation Template. This will help our center assist you in providing the best educational experience for your students or participants. Please email the completed form to Nita Skillman (nskillman@elon.edu) and Bethany Fearnow (bfearnow@elon.edu). You may also upload directly into the Activity Request Form.
