Students will submit the following documentation to Graduate Admissions in the summer prior to their fourth year:

• Completed Accelerated Pathways Graduate Application
• Three letters of recommendation, one from a healthcare professional and one from a faculty member
• Healthcare experience hours
• Official transcripts from from any institutions attended
