Winter/Spring Housing Intent Form
The Winter/Spring Housing Intent Form is for students that have active housing assignments for Fall. The form is located on . All student are required to complete the intent form to indicate their housing plans for the remainder of the academic year.
If students have no plans to leave ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ, they only need to complete section 1. Student wanting to cancel their housing (for qualifying reasons) will fill out Section 2, students wanting to do a lease turnover will complete Section 3.
Housing Intent Process
The Winter/Spring Housing Intent Form is open in early November, for exact dates please visit our important dates website. The housing intent form has three sections.
- The first section confirms if a student is leaving ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ, studying abroad, graduating etc. If they are not leaving the student needs to confirm they will be on campus for Winter and Spring.
- If a student is leaving ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ they will continue to Section 2: Housing Cancellation and list the reason for a cancellation.
- Students living in apartments who have an eligible student to turn their lease over to will complete Section 3: Lease Turnover. It is important that students are following the correct process for leases which is outlined on our lease website.
Section 1: Intent Form. Confirmation if you will be on campus for Winter or Winter Spring
Section 2: Housing Cancellation. Only complete if you are leaving ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ for Winter and Spring or just Spring.
Section 3: Lease Turnover. Only complete if you are in an apartment, are leaving ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ and have an eligible student you are turning your lease over to.
