Students, faculty, staff, their families and community members are invited to join ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Hillel to celebrate and observe the Jewish holiday of Rosh HaShanah, the Jewish New Year, which begins on Wednesday evening, September 28, and is observed for one or two days, depending on family tradition.

The regular Sunday Worship in Holt Chapel will be in Whitley Auditorium on Sunday, Sept. 25, at 11 a.m.

President Leo M. Lambert was part of a panel discussion on Aug. 3 at the White House kickoff of President Barack Obama’s Interfaith and Community Service Campus Challenge. About 200 colleges and universities across the nation were selected for the initiative, which seeks to foster interfaith cooperation and understanding through service.
