Members of the Class of 2012 are encouraged to make a gift to the university this year to show their support for their ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ experiences.

The New Leaf Society, of Burlington, N.C., has made a gift-in-kind to the Ever ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Campaign to support the university’s new master of physician assistant studies program. The gift will support landscaping and other work associated with renovations of the Gerald L. Francis Center, which will house the PA and physical therapy programs on ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s main campus.

A $250,000 endowment gift to the Ever ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Campaign from The Levine-Sklut Family Foundation will significantly expand the university’s Jewish Studies program by establishing The Lori and Eric Sklut Emerging Scholar in Jewish Studies. This gift was made possible thanks to ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ parents Eric and Lori Sklut, of Charlotte, N.C.

Each year, gifts from alumni, parents, friends, faculty and staff sustain and strengthen the hallmarks of an ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ education. During 2010-2011, members of the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ community contributed $5.3 million in annual gifts to the university, supporting close to 200 programs. ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ thanks the more than 4,500 alumni who have made gifts to the university this fiscal year, which ends at midnight tonight.
