The New Leaf Society, of Burlington, N.C., has made a gift-in-kind to the Ever ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Campaign to support the university’s new master of physician assistant studies program. The gift will support landscaping and other work associated with renovations of the Gerald L. Francis Center, which will house the PA and physical therapy programs on ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s main campus.
The New Leaf Society is a private nonprofit organization that supports beautification projects throughout Burlington. It was founded by ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ trustee Allen E. Gant Jr., CEO of Glen Raven and co-chair of the Ever ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Campaign. The New Leaf gift brings the total private support for the PA program to more than $1.6 million. The PA program is projected to enroll its inaugural class in January 2013.
