ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s Martha and Spencer Love School of Business has signed a partnership for a dual degree-program with the Reims Management School in Reims, France.

Students participating in this program will be exposed to two different cultures and work in an international business setting, gaining a competitive edge in the global marketplace.

“The big goal is the internationalization of ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ and the Love School of Business,” said Thomas Tiemann, director of dual degree programs in the Love School of Business.

Tiemann said that graduates of this program will be able to function in two cultures, be bilingual and bicultural, and will gain the knowledge and mastery of traditional business skills necessary to be successful in an international work environment.

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ students participating in this program will spend their first two years on ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s campus followed by two years in France. The reverse is true for Reims Management School students. All students will complete a semester-long internship while abroad.

The partnership with Reims Management School is the second of its kind for the Love School. In 2010, the school established a dual degree program with the ESB-Business School in Reutlingen, Germany.

Tiemann said having foreign business students attend classes at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ will expose local students to another culture, adding that after two years, they will “become part of the fabric of ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ.”
