  • StrengthsFinder Assessment and Coaching Sessions

  • Intersect Conference

    • Save the Date: January 21, 2026聽for our annual leadership and diversity education event open to all students, faculty, staff, and community members. This year, we are honored to welcome聽Spirit Tawfiq聽as our keynote speaker. Spirit is the daughter of聽Minnijean Brown-Trickey, one of the聽Little Rock Nine鈥攖he courageous group of students who integrated Little Rock Central High School in 1957. Through her storytelling and leadership work, Spirit carries forward her mother鈥檚 powerful legacy of resilience, justice, and healing. The Intersect Diversity and Leadership event provides a unique opportunity for our community to reflect, connect, and engage in meaningful dialogue about identity, leadership, and social change.
