Begin your process of self-discovery by reflecting on your career-related interests, skills, values, and personality. What are your interests, and what do you enjoy learning about? What do you like to do, and what skills would you like to develop? Understanding your interests, skills, values, and personality type is important. The SPDC offers several assessments to help in your exploration process.

Explore Careers

Identify and explore potential career and job options that match your career-related interests, skills, values, and personality type.

Take Action
