Graduate Student Housing

Calling all ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ graduate students! We are excited to be able to offer limited graduate student housing at The Crest Apartments for the 2026-2027 academic year.

  • Available apartments are 4 furnished single bedrooms with private bathrooms in each room. The living room/kitchen/dining areas are unfurnished and shared.
  • Graduate students can sign-up as individuals or groups, but we are not able to provide family housing.
  • Lease Year:
    • The lease year is typically from August 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027.
    • January 3 – December 14, 2027 leases are also available.
    • NOTE: There is the opportunity to extend the lease beyond May 31, or move in before August 1, by working directly with to sign a summer lease.
    • Flexible lease agreements may be available, please contact Residence Life.

Applying

  • Complete a Housing Application on starting December 1, 2025 to apply.
  • Application will be reviewed weekly and students will be assigned spaces on a rolling basis.
  • Priority will be given on a first-come first-serve basis.
