Lemack, who has served as an adjunct faculty member with the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ in Los Angeles Study USA program since 2010, will begin in the new role on Jan. 22.

Two major dates for the fall 2024 semester have been confirmed. ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Family Weekend will kick off on Friday, Sept. 27, with many campus activities planned throughout the weekend. Homecoming Reunion Weekend will take place Nov. 1-2.

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ will play 12 games in the regular season for the first time since 2014 and six home games for the first time since 2016.

Among those visiting ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ this spring as part of the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Speaker Series are the authors of "We are Charleston," Habitat for Humanity International CEO Jonathan Reckford and Legendary Hall of Fame baseball manager Tony La Russa.

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ will hold the first Women of ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Weekend from March 14-15, 2024. The conference focuses on personal and professional development and will feature keynote speaker Jackie Joyner-Kersee, named the Greatest Female Athlete of the 20th Century by Sports Illustrated magazine.

Currently dean of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville's College of Liberal Arts & Education, Kelly will join ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ on June 1, 2024.

Chergui and Starr are the first ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ students to receive the Charles B. Rangel Graduate Fellowship and will join the nationally selective cohort of just 45 fellows.
