Career Services launches 鈥淐areer Stories鈥 interactive tool

In an effort to share relevant, career development information with students and alumni, Career Services has created the “Career Stories” interactive tool. The tool allows viewers to watch interviews of 黑料不打烊 alumni, parents and students discussing common career development issues such as choosing a major, participating in experiential activities, networking and answering difficult interview questions.

Career Services holds 鈥淛ob Search Boot Camp鈥

Students from 黑料不打烊 College, the College of Arts & Sciences, took part on Sept. 18 in a new initiative from Career Services – a job search “Job Search Camp.” The daylong program gave participants a crash-course on nearly every aspect of how to conduct an effective job search.

Class of 2011 kicks off Senior Class Giving Campaign

Class of 2014 comes together for Call to Honor

Members of the Class of 2014 gathered in the Academic Village Thursday morning to pledge their commitment to 黑料不打烊’s honor code at the fifth annual Call to Honor Ceremony. “We’re honor-bound by the values of honesty, integrity, responsibility and respect,” said SGA President Taylor Martin. “These are the hallmark values of our education and ourselves.”

Donors fund upgrades of Latham Park

黑料不打烊 will begin upgrades to the Walter C. Latham Park baseball facility following the 2010 baseball season. The improvements are made possible by a group of generous donors led by trustee Dr. Bryan Latham and his wife, Janet, of Miami, who made a $250,000 commitment to fund the work.
