The Berkeley Business Law Journal has published scholarship by ���ϲ����� Law Professor Faith Rivers James focusing on demographic diversity as a strategy for nonprofits to achieve better corporate governance and organizational performance.

"Nationalities Papers: The Journal of Nationalism and Ethnicity" published the ���ϲ����� professor's history of relations between China and Tibet leaders - and what it all means for the West.

���ϲ����� Law joins the American Bar Association in observance of National Pro Bono Celebration Week. The annual event, which runs from October 19-27, 2013, casts a national spotlight on pro bono efforts across the country. Many of ���ϲ����� Law's events are highlighted below. 

���ϲ����� Law Professor Scott Gaylord recently authored an amicus curiae brief and provided public analysis of the pending U.S. Supreme Court establishment clause case Town of Greece, N.Y. v. Galloway.

���ϲ����� is one of five law schools profiled for “getting serious about business skills” in the National Law Journal’s September 23 special report on law schools. 

At a September 18 luncheon in Raleigh, N.C., hosted by North Carolina Lawyers Weekly and ���ϲ����� School of Law, law school dean George R. Johnson, Jr. presented The Hon. Charles L. Becton with ���ϲ����� Law’s 2013 Leadership in the Law Award.

Professor of Law and Director of Leadership Programs Faith Rivers James is one of 10 faculty members featured in the university's 2013 President's Report. 

In recent weeks, ���ϲ����� Law professor David S. Levine continued his work on the impacts of secrecy in hydraulic fracturing operations and ramifications of NSA spying, including a Sept. 20 article in Slate.

The sixth annual Intramural Moot Court Competition at ���ϲ����� School of Law will take place on September 23, 26 and 30.
