Faculty present on empathy at Physician Assistant Education Association Forum

Alexis Moore, assistant professor of physician assistant studies, and Dr. Judy Esposito, associate professor of human service studies, presented research on the importance of teaching empathy and critical thinking skills to physician assistant (PA) students. Abstract co-authored with Dr. Cynthia Fair, professor of public health studies and human service studies.

Physical Therapy, Physician Assistant programs enroll newest classes

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program and Physician Assistant Studies program welcomed new classes of students following a highly selective admissions process. The three-year, full-time DPT Program enrolled 48 students while the 24-month, full-time PA Program enrolled 38 students.
