At the 2011 joint annual meeting of the Business Law, Corporate Counsel and International Law and Practice Sections of the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA), ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Law professor Tom Molony delivered the North Carolina Business Law Update. This is the second year in a row that Molony has delivered the Business Law Update, having taken over in 2010 for Wake Forest's Alan Palmiter, who had made the presentation for many years.
