ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ will hold a brief ceremony at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, in front of the McEwen Communications building to remember Melody van Lidth de Jeude.

The School of Communications at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ has updated its technology to include high definition equipment and a tapeless environment. Computers, cameras and an entire studio that has been rewired for high definition encompass the largest technology initiative at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ since the School of Communications moved to McEwen in 2000.

Max Negin, an assistant professor in the School of Communications, won a 2010 National Academy of Arts & Sciences Sports Emmy Award for his work as part of the studio team for NBC’s coverage of the XXI Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver, Canada.
