Four members of ���ϲ�����’s faculty discussed current events in politics, education and law at an event marking the 30th anniversary of ���ϲ�����’s African and African-American Studies program.

The German Club and the World Languages and Cultures department hosted ���ϲ�����'s second annual Oktoberfest celebration, where students and faculty enjoyed German food, games and conversation.

Associate Professor of Music Todd Coleman received a request from the Office of Cultural & Special Programs to commission a musical piece commemorating the 1923 fire and the 100th anniversary of the laying of the cornerstone for Whitley Auditorium. The debut performance of the piece will be held on Sunday, Oct. 8 at 3 p.m. in Whitley.

The event highlights literature on subjects that have been deemed sensitive by some K-12 parents throughout the country.

Families and loved ones visited ���ϲ�����'s campus for a variety of events during Family Weekend 2023.

The conference theme centered around building meaningful relationships with others by acknowledging diverse identities and learning from them.

As part of his visit to ���ϲ�����'s campus for Fall Convocation on Friday, Sept. 29, entrepreneur and star of the ABC hit "Shark Tank" Daymond John fielded business pitches from four ���ϲ����� students.

John delivered the Fall Convocation address on Friday, Sept. 29 at the Schar Center.

'A Space for Meaningful Relationships: 10 years in the Numen Lumen Pavilion' will be held on Monday, Oct. 2 at 5:30 p.m. at the Numen Lumen Pavilion.

Ashlie Thomas will speak at ���ϲ����� on October 17 at 7 pm in McKinnon Hall.
