The Class of 2026 marks the second cohort to graduate from the university’s four-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. On May 20, the graduates were honored in a pinning ceremony in McCrary Theatre.

Helena Padial ’26 was awarded Broadway’s Next Triple Threat award at the Chita Rivera Awards on May 18.

The Department of Human Service Studies celebrated the Class of 2026 and their internship supervisors at the annual Recognition Banquet on April 30 in the LaRose Student Commons.

Three members of the class of 2026 and two members of the class of 2025 have been selected for the prestigious program that offers opportunities to teach English, conduct research or attend graduate school in more than 140 countries. One member of the class of 2026 was selected as an alternate.
