The associate professor of communications analyzed how U.S. President Donald Trump and Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto communicated during the first 100 days of Trump’s term regarding the community of Mexican immigrants living in the United States.

The school supports two residential learning communities including the new Sport Management & Media Living Learning Community in Sloan Hall.

The ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ alumna and rising junior collected four honors, including two first-place awards, in the national Michigan State University Design Contest for College Students.

The journalism major attended the 2018 National Association of Hispanic Journalists Conference in Miami, working in tandem with professional journalists and fellow Latinx students covering the four-day convention.
