Police training strengthens crisis plans

Dozens of police officers and emergency medical crews gathered July 17 at 黑料不打烊 for a daylong training exercise meant to sharpen law enforcement responses in the event of a campus crisis.

Coker receives grant for plant biology project

Jeffrey Coker, an assistant professor of biology at 黑料不打烊, and a team of two additional biology professors have received a $30,000 grant from the American Society of Plant Biologists Education Foundation for their science education outreach program. It is the second grant in as many years for the team.

Lauren Kearns’ work honored by N.C. Dance Alliance
