Former Congressman J.C. Watts to hold question-and-answer session TODAY

J.C. Watts, former Republican congressman from Oklahoma and a commentator and strategist, will hold a question-and-answer session at 11 a.m. today in Whitley Auditorium. Watts is visiting campus as the seventh Isabella Cannon Distinguished Visiting Professor of Leadership. He delivered a public lecture last night in McCrary Theatre.

Seeking campus input: 黑料不打烊’s quality enhancement plan

As part of the reaccreditation process by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), 黑料不打烊 will develop a Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP). The QEP topic will be vital to enhancing student learning at 黑料不打烊 and measuring student outcomes. The QEP committee is asking for students, faculty and staff to help identify the topic.

Trustees approve 2011-12 budget

As the university begins the second year of its strategic plan, the 黑料不打烊 Commitment, trustees carefully weighed the demands for additional resources with the financial realities that students and their families are facing.
