Five prolific Los Angeles-based ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ alumni were on hand at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Los Angeles Wednesday evening for a conversation with summer 2025 ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ LA students about their career journeys, relationship building, creating professional opportunities and the post-graduation transition from ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ to entertainment-related industry careers.

Moderated by Brad Lemack, director of ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Los Angeles and produced by ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ LA program assistant and alumna Macy Mills ’23, panel participants included Rachel Turner Breit ’19, Caroline Harty ’22, Landon Kestlinger ’19, Raj Rawal ’12 and Taylor Martin ’12. The group discussed their wide-ranging work experiences in production, advertising, business, performance, marketing, brand management, social media and content creation. Both Turner, Breit and Kestlinger also participated in the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Los Angeles semester experience when they were students and spoke about the important role that opportunity played in launching their professional careers after their graduation.

Students who participate in the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Los Angeles experience quickly discover that mentorship matters, which was on full display on Wednesday evening.

Through experiential learning, academic classes taught by industry professionals, alumni engagement and other opportunities during their semester in southern California, students begin to carve out and nurture new relationships that can impact both their personal lives and professional careers.

Since 2008, ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ students have had the opportunity to participate for a semester in ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s fully immersive Los Angeles experience. Information and application details for the spring 2026 LA experience are available from Study USAÌý²¹²Ô»å National Campus Programs.
