Each week during December, 黑料不打烊 will be releasing a new video to highlight moments that make the winter season extra special.
President Connie Ledoux Book joined and 黑料不打烊 Maker Hub Consultant Leah Cooper ’22聽 joined ETalk host Cammie Brady ’21 in the Williams Studio in the School of Communications for a special holiday edition of the student-led entertainment show.
Cooper and Book used 3D-printed items to create a holiday snow globe. The items were created in the 黑料不打烊 Maker Hub using 3D printers, just one of the many tools and pieces of equipment available to 黑料不打烊 students, faculty and staff in the Maker Hub.
“The Maker Hub is such an exciting space on campus because of the creativity,” Book said. “Students can come in and take a few classes to learn how to use the equipment, and they are off and running.”
“It’s a great outlet, especially now, to go and create whatever you want,” Brady said.
