The Martha and Spencer Love School of Business welcomed new full-time faculty members in the management and marketing departments.
The Martha and Spencer Love School of Business welcomed three full-time faculty members in August 2018, bringing the school’s total number of full-time faculty to 61.
The new full-time faculty members are:
Prachi Gala, Assistant professor of marketing
- Bachelor of Engineering and MBA, University of Mumbai; Ph.D., University of Mississippi
- Previously taught marketing at the University of Mississippi
- Scholarly interests: Marketing strategy, marketing-management interface, top management team, composition, compensation and corporate governance
Jay O’Toole, Assistant professor of strategic management
- B.S., Miami University; Ph.D., University of Wisconsin
- Previously taught strategy at Georgia State University and entrepreneurship at the University of Wisconsin-Madison
- Scholarly interests: Entrepreneurship, innovation, teams, pedagogy and ethics
Matthew Perrigino, Assistant professor of management
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Emory University; Ph.D., Purdue University
- Previously taught management at Purdue University
- Scholarly interests: Work-family interface and multilevel theory
