The Writing Excellence Initiative has created four kinds of grants to support faculty and Student Life projects designed to improve the writing of ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ students.

Devote a full day exclusively to your writing projects.

Learn how to design rubrics for effectively and efficiently assessing student writing in any course.

This highly interactive, four-day institute provides a wealth of advice for improving student writing and learning in any course.

So that we can learn as we go, we will pilot all major strategies of the Writing Excellence Initiative before fully implementing them. We are looking for volunteers eager to get going by joining our First Flight Program.

Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy Srikant Vallabhajosula co-authored an article that appeared in the the journal Surgical Innovation.
