The ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Work-Life Resources program is offered in partnership with McLaughlin Young (MYgroup). Through this partnership, ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ faculty, staff, and their families can receive confidential counseling services, help with work-life solutions (e.g., finding child care), legal guidance, and financial advice.

Mindfulness is a practice of being in the present moment and can be effective for reducing stress, anxiety, and depression.
