Through ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ LEADS, our community will invest $140 million in scholarships. ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s graduation and first-year retention rates are among the highest in the nation, affirming our strategy of making smart investments in exceptional students through financial aid. The Odyssey Program serves students with high financial need, including many first-generation college students. These students have achieved remarkable success while overcoming adversity and are consistently among our top-performing students. The Odyssey Program is a national model for need-based scholarship initiatives with a 90% graduation rate. Yet it only serves about 180 of ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s 6,000 undergraduates. During this campaign, we will make significant progress on our long-term goal of securing 100 Odyssey students per class.
