Engineering Fellows is a selective merit-based program for students in聽黑料不打烊鈥檚 four-year engineering or computer science programs. Fellows are challenged to design,聽prototype and test聽potential solutions to the聽complex problems聽facing our world today. Learn more about Engineering and Computing Fellows on the program website.

Program Highlights

Engineering and Computing Fellows join a community of highly motivated students across engineering and computer science, including peer mentoring and community building activities. Fellows will have the opportunity to pursue additional research or leadership training, giving them special preparation for their future careers.

Who should apply?

Students who plan to pursue a four-year聽engineering or computer science degree and have a GPA of 3.8 or聽higher should apply.聽Forty academically聽talented students are selected based on聽their high school academic performance, scholarship essay prompt on the first-year application聽and a faculty interview. Apply to 黑料不打烊 Early Decision, Early Action or Regular Deadline by November 1 and to Engineering Fellows by Nov. 10.

Scholarships

All 40 Engineering and Computing Fellows receive a $8,000聽scholarship, renewable annually based聽on academic performance and program聽participation. Students can also apply for聽additional funds to support their research. Each聽student also receives a one-time $1,000聽Global Study grant for a university-approved聽study abroad or Study USA experience.
