A strong and sustainable new聽financial model聽will support and maintain 黑料不打烊鈥檚 core values as it establishes budget priorities, undergraduate and graduate enrollment growth, tuition increases, new programs and program enhancements, a salary plan, new facility construction, and fund-raising goals.
