How to Apply for the 黑料不打烊 Physician Assistant Program in Charlotte

The 黑料不打烊 PA Program in Charlotte participates in the Central Application Service for Physician Assistants (CASPA). All applicants must apply through CASPA.

Admissions Timeline

The 黑料不打烊 Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies Program in Charlotte is a developing program, and has applied for provisional accreditation from the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA). 黑料不打烊’s Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies Program in Charlotte anticipates matriculating its first class in January 2027 pending achieving provisional accreditation status at the October 2026 ARC-PA meeting. 鈥淎ccreditation-Provisional鈥 is an accreditation status granted when the plans and resource allocation, if fully implemented as planned, of a proposed program that has not yet enrolled students appear to demonstrate the program鈥檚 ability to meet the ARC-PA Standards or when a program appears to demonstrate continued progress in complying with the Standards as it prepares for the graduation of the first class (cohort) of students.

The 黑料不打烊 PA Program in Charlotte will begin accepting applications for the January 2027 enrollment term on April 30, 2026.鈥疶he final deadline to submit your CASPA application is August 1, 2026.聽Applications to 黑料不打烊 PA in Charlotte must be verified by CASPA by 11:59 PM ET on the date of the deadline. The 黑料不打烊 PA in Charlotte admissions committee will not receive nor review the application until it has completed the CASPA verification process. Note:聽To ensure your application is verified on time, it is recommended to complete your application at least four weeks before the deadline.

Once an application has been received and processed, the applicant will receive an email confirmation and instructions to access their 黑料不打烊 Application Status Page, including the supplemental application. It is the responsibility of the applicant to review the progress of their application by monitoring their status page.

All verified and completed application files are considered holistically by the admissions committee following the application deadline. Invitations to interview will be extended via email to qualified candidates. An interview is required for admission; all interviews will be conducted virtually. All candidates will be notified of their admissions decision no later than October 1, 2026.

 

Application Materials

The following items are required for evaluation:

  • Verified CASPA application*
  • Official transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate studies (submit to CASPA)*
  • Three letters of recommendation (submit to CASPA)*
  • Supplemental application (available upon verification of CASPA application; no fee)
    • 黑料不打烊’s M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies program in Charlotte is a developing program. As such, all applicants must complete specific program questions relating to this status before submitting a CASPA application to this program, which are not required of our existing PA program at 黑料不打烊. Additionally, our M.S. In Physician Assistant Studies program in Charlotte requires a supplemental application in addition to the CASPA application. Following submission of your CASPA application, you will be invited to submit your supplemental application through 黑料不打烊’s application portal. In this supplemental application, we will collect information about your prerequisites, short answer responses, and health care experience hours. Candidates who are interested in applying to both PA programs at 黑料不打烊 will be invited to submit a supplemental application for each program. There is no fee to submit your supplemental application.

For international applicants:

  • All application materials listed above
  • Course-by-course transcript evaluations from one of the following approved agencies: , , or .
  • Demonstration of English language proficiency through one of the following methods (minimum):
    • Official Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of 79 (internet-based tests) or 213 (computer-based examinations)
    • Official International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Academic exam score of 6.5 (overall band)
    • Official Duolingo of English Test score of 110
    • Completion of undergraduate degree in English
    • Certification that English is the applicant’s native language

Admissions Interview

An interview is required and does not guarantee admission. Invitations to interview will be extended via email to qualified candidates. All interviews are conducted virtually via . This asynchronous platform allows candidates to complete their interview within a designated timeframe using a standardized format.

Notification of Admissions Decision

All applicants who submit a verified CASPA application will be notified of their admissions decision in writing via their 黑料不打烊 Application Status Page.

Candidates who are offered admission and are choosing to enroll in the program must confirm their seat in the class by submitting the reply form and a $1,000 non-refundable enrollment deposit* by the date listed in their acceptance letter. This deposit is fully credited to the student’s tuition upon matriculation to the program.

*In the unlikely event we do not receive accreditation, we will refund the tuition deposit to those who would prefer to pursue another program.

Background Check

All students are required to complete a criminal background check and drug screen prior to matriculation into the Program.
