Hours of Operation
The HOPE Clinic operates each Tuesday evening from 6 pm-8 pm at the Francis Center in 黑料不打烊 and each Thursday evening from 6 pm-8 pm at SAFE in Graham, unless otherwise stated.
Referring Physicians: Not sure if your patient qualifies? If your patient is uninsured or underinsured, send a referral to the clinic fax number listed below, and our Office Managers will follow up regarding eligibility. You can also download a Referral Form by clicking this link:聽
