The Office of the Registrar will do its best to accommodate all room requests, but please be advised that academic space is limited.
Faculty may submit requests the following dates:
鈥撀燜all: August 1 鈥 end of Drop-Add
鈥撀燱inter: December 1 鈥 end of Drop-Add
鈥撀燬pring: January 1 鈥 end of Drop-Add
Certain room requests will receive higher priority, based on the following factors:
鈥 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance (faculty with a disability)
鈥 Enrollment capacity (enrollment is greater than seating capacity)
鈥 Equipment, technology needs
鈥 Faculty preference
Requests classified as 鈥淓quipment, technology needed鈥 and 鈥淔aculty preference鈥 will be evaluated based on the availability of classrooms at your specified meeting time. Note: Department chairs will be notified of any “Enrollment capacity”, 鈥淓quipment needed鈥 and 鈥淔aculty preference鈥 forms submitted by their department鈥檚 faculty.
