My roommates and I are going abroad in the fall and are looking for one to four people to sublease our lovely four-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment! It’s very spacious and modern, comes with a washer and dryer, access to the internet, and is a three-minute drive from campus. Parking spaces are included for each roommate.

You would need to qualify for the apartment through the management company and would sign a full 12-month lease. This complex seems to be in demand, and this guarantees you a unit (if you qualify). I cannot commit to anything until our home closes on April 30, but once that is done, we can connect you with the management company. If we get someone to sign, we don’t have to pay the lease break fee.

All furniture in photos will be gone, but a washer and dryer are included with the apartment.
