After watching an episode of “Roswell, New Mexico” she directed, Raimist spoke to students on Jan. 18 regarding her work in television, how she got her start, and what it is like to direct during a pandemic.

2020 was a year like none other in the field of International Education. Here we recap the year by the numbers and hear from seven study abroad and international students about their pandemic experiences.

With past experience in the entertainment industry and higher education, Raimist will take a lead role in coordinating, facilitating and expanding the academic offerings and internship opportunities in ���ϲ�����’s LA-based program.

The head of development at FBE was recognized for her contributions to the television industry, as well as ���ϲ����� initiatives, during an Oct. 13 virtual ceremony held in conjunction with Homecoming & Reunion Week.

The School of Communications juniors teamed up with ���ϲ����� alumnus Nathan Moore ’02, the film’s producer, to create content for promotion and social media in advance of the VOD release of the Ukrainian-American historical action film.

Ten alumni participated in a Sept. 21 Zoom call to welcome first-year students to ���ϲ����� and the school’s accelerated training program for news reporting, documentary filmmaking and non-fiction storytelling.

Nearly 50 ���ϲ����� students, alumnae and faculty joined the Sept. 15 conversation to discuss on how the ���ϲ����� community can demonstrate authentic allyship in the media industry.

Faculty members Rich Landesberg and Mark Dalhouse led ���ϲ����� students to Des Moines, Iowa, where they were introduced to the culture of media and politics just days before the Iowa Democratic caucuses.
