Lemack, who has served as an adjunct faculty member with the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ in Los Angeles Study USA program since 2010, will begin in the new role on Jan. 22.

The cohort of 12 undergraduate students has been studying in Charlotte since August, as part of the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ in Charlotte: The Sport Experience program, which has allowed them to attend over 15 enrichment activities and converse with over 40 alumni these past four months.  

Members of The Sport Experience cohort organized a Dec. 3 book drive in collaboration with the Charlotte Knights to support Promising Pages, a Charlotte-based nonprofit organization that distributes books to underserved children.

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ in Los Angeles just wrapped up another successful semester. The program is looking forward to the Spring semester ahead.

First-years, sophomores and juniors are encouraged to attend the final 2023 information session in Global Commons 103.

An introduction to the Charlotte Center for the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ community

The ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ in LA Program and the Women of the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Entertainment Empire (WEEE) partner together to host a speed-networking event for alumni and students in Los Angeles.

A meeting facilitated at the new ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Regional Center in Charlotte allowed current students and alumni to connect.

First-years, sophomores, and juniors are encouraged to attend an upcoming information session in Global Commons 103.

Twelve students are enrolled in the new ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ in Charlotte Regional Center this fall, participating in the university’s sport management immersive semester and gaining real-world experience with the Atlantic Coast Conference, NASCAR, Fox Sports and other Charlotte-based organizations.
