ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Los Angeles summer students gathered with alumni and special guests for an end-of-summer semester celebration at historic Sony Pictures Studios.

Study USA launched its first summer program in Charlotte, comprised of ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ students interning with various organizations around the city while taking a class on Urban Design in Charlotte.

Eight students were awarded funds for the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Queen City Internship Grant.

The ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Los Angeles program offered a night of fright with the “The Business of Horror and Monsters," an exploration of the horror film genre with Hollywood veteran James Ferrera.

The Study USA ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ in New York program hosted an alumni networking event to connect students and alumni in the city

Over multiple shifts, ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ in LA students helped prepare and deliver meals to local area non-profits and directly to community members in need.

As part of ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ in Charlotte: The Sport Experience, the sport management and strategic communications double major will serve this fall as a marketing intern with NASCAR and a gameday operations intern with the Atlantic Coast Conference.

Accompanied by alumnus Jay Light ’12 and comedian Fahim Anwar, students in Assistant Professor Kai Swanson’s ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Los Angeles course put their comedic chops to the test at The Nitecap, a popular venue for both up-and-coming and established comedians.
