Three members of the Class of 2023 and two members of the Class of 2022 have been selected for the prestigious program that offers opportunities for recent graduates in more than 140 countries.

The ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ LEADS Campaign made stops in five cities this fall, bringing together alumni, parents and friends across the nation to hear about the profound impact donors to the campaign have made on ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ students and the future of the university.

Both the associate professor of international business and alumna finished the GRI Academy coursework, which covers global best practices for sustainability reporting.

The 2022 ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ graduate from Garner, N.C., will serve a two-year term on the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Board of Trustees.

The $5,000 grant from the North Carolina Independent Colleges and Universities (NCICU) will fund the iBELONG Male Mentor Program, which will be housed in the Center for Access and Success. 

A computer science major and game design minor, Jennings presented his games research project at the World Conference on Smart Trends in Systems, Security, and Sustainability in August with Assistant Professor of Computer Science Pratheep Paranthaman.

The ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ parents and supporters of the university were honored with the medallion, the university's highest honor for service, at the Evening for ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ event in New York event on Thursday, Sept. 15.

Skog was elected president of Limelight Records after two years of dedication to the organization.

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Board of Trustees Chair Dave Porter and Jen Porter P’11 P’19 generously sponsored a visit for 15 students who expanded their professional contacts, toured major organizations in the area and connected with Boston-based alumni.

Free comes to ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ from Kentucky State University where she has served as the 4-H State program leader, 4-H specialist and director of the Rosenwald 4-H Youth Development Center for the past five years.
