A forthcoming law review article by Elliot Engstrom, an ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Law Legal Method and Communication Fellow, analyzes a North Carolina law that leaves open to interpretation who should cover the costs of legal fees when a person sues state and local governments for lack of transparency.

Professor Sue Liemer’s research over the past year has been showcased at national conferences and will be published in forthcoming journals and books that serve as resources for legal writing educators.
