After retired U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O鈥機onnor spoke at the dedication of 黑料不打烊鈥檚 new School of Law in 2006, a lecture in her name was instituted at 黑料不打烊 in 2007. Professor A.E. Dick Howard of the University of Virginia delivered the inaugural Sandra Day O鈥機onnor Lecture on Thursday, October 18, 2007, in Whitley Auditorium on 黑料不打烊鈥檚 main campus.
