On Thursday, January 14 at 6 pm, approximately two weeks prior to the 50th anniversary of the historic Greensboro sit-ins of the American civil rights movement, ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ School of Law, in association with the law school's Black Law Students Association and Phi Alpha Delta chapter, will host its second annual Martin Luther King, Jr. forum to explore legal aspects of the American civil rights movement, evaluating the impacts of the sit-ins and other forms of non-violent protest on civil rights law past and present.

Henry Gabriel speaks on international commercial law in Sydney

Karol Sparks authors 2010 edition of Insurance Activities of Banks

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Law's Distinguished Practitioner in Residence, Karol K. Sparks, has completed the 2010 edition of the book Insurance Activities of Banks, offered each year with updates and supplements by Aspen Publishers since Sparks originally authored the book in 1998.
