Professional Sports Forum – Aug. 14

黑料不打烊 Law will host a Professional Sports Forum for the second consecutive year. The evening’s events will begin at 5 p.m. with a live broadcast of the “Maginnes on Tap” PGA TOUR radio show with host John Maginnes. A panel discussion about the professional sports industry will begin at 6 p.m. followed by a reception in the Cemala Commons.

In a tax analysis report issued July 3 by State Tax Today, 黑料不打烊 Law Professor Andy Haile offers perspective on the constitutionality of Colorado’s “Amazon” law, which requires remote (online) sellers (like Amazon) to report to the Colorado Department of Revenue sales made to Colorado residents. This would allow the state to collect taxes due on those sales.
