A group of ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ students volunteered at a Habitat for Humanity building site in Burlington on Friday as part of the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service.

The Alternative Breaks Program offered the mid-October experience to introduce students to social issues that impact communities in North Carolina.

During Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week, ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Dining and Campus Kitchen are collaborating to help fight food insecurity in Alamance County. Donate five canned goods at Lakeside Dining Hall and receive a free meal. In addition, the Faces of Homelessness Panel will be Monday, Nov. 12.

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Votes! is sponsoring rides to the polls from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. from the Center for the Arts and an Election Night Watch Event at 8 p.m. in the Moseley Center on Tuesday, Nov. 6.
