Morgan is living his dream at just 25 years old working as a sports reporter on some noteworthy stories including Super Bowl coverage, a one-on-one interview with Colin Kaepernick, a story about Kobe Bryant’s passing with The New York Times.

For the second consecutive year, the ���ϲ����� alumna and Los Angeles-based photojournalist will attend the NFL’s biggest game of the year, looking for the perfect images to illustrate the contest’s atmosphere and outcome.

The assistant professor of journalism served as a featured guest on “Fearfully, She Walked the Streets,” a five-part national podcast available on Spotify and iTunes.

As a lead designer on the NBC Sports on-air graphic design team, the ���ϲ����� alumnus has been instrumental in this season’s presentations of “Sunday Night Football” and “Thursday Night Football.”

The journalism major spent her summer conducting in-depth field reporting as part of a national project published this fall that focused on policing and justice.

The initiative, made possible by a generous grant from the Scripps Howard Fund, will offer four virtual workshops and an on-campus summer experience.
