Caren Aveldanez and Ally Shearon are two of 19 undergraduate and graduate students studying abroad and Study USA this fall. "The Nineteen" is a series where we’ll take a closer look at these students’ stories to learn how global education is happening in this historic moment.

Edited by William Moner, Phillip Motley and Rebecca Pope-Ruark, “Redesigning Liberal Education: Innovative Design for a Twenty-First-Century Undergraduate Education” provides case studies of innovation at several institutions and vision chapters of higher education’s future, with notable contributions from ���ϲ����� faculty, staff and administrators.

Jonathan Granville and Crystal Sharp, both members of the Class of 2019, were awarded grants to teach English in Austria during the 2019-20 school year.

Eighteen new members were inducted into ���ϲ�����'s chapter of the Delta Phi Alpha German national honor society ion May 10.
