David Levine leads national effort for transparency in Trans-Pacific Partnership negotiations

Levine continued to detail implications of secrecy in international law making. 

Henry Gabriel elected to third term on UNIDROIT governing council

With 63 member states, UNIDROIT seeks to harmonize law across the globe through international conventions and the production of model laws. 黑料不打烊 Law Professor Henry Gabriel was the sole candidate from the United States, having been nominated to the governing council by the United States Department of State. 

David Levine advances research on transparency and intellectual property law

黑料不打烊 Law Professor David S. Levine recently presented at a conference on transparency in Paris and a conference on drones at NYU School of Law. He also continued his advocacy for transparency in fracking, wrote about NSA spying and net neutrality, and published insights about effective teaching and mentoring in legal education.
