David S. Levine, ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Law’s Jennings Professor and Emerging Scholar, warns in a new journal article that both companies are using amorphous confidentiality and privacy claims to withhold important information about their products, making it nearly impossible to hold public debates about accountability and safety.  

Five graduates of ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ School of Law were among 16 attorneys selected for the North Carolina Bar Association's Leadership Academy, a program designed to "help young lawyers become more effective leaders in their communities."

David S. Levine joined the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ School of Law faculty in 2009 and quickly forged an international reputation for his legal research into the areas of lawmaking, trade secrecy, and the ways in which corporations and governments use the law to control access to intellectual property.

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Law, in coordination with the Legal Writing Institute, hosted a One-Day Workshop in December for regional law professors and practitioners who visited downtown Greensboro for a program that was part of a nationwide series.
